Special conference rates have been negotiated with The Sheraton Centre Toronto. These rates are guaranteed for the nights of October 24 – 30, 2009. Participants wishing to arrive before the 24th or prolong their stay after the 30th should contact the hotel for rates and availability. Rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis so you are therefore urged to make your reservations as soon as possible. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Rates and availability are not guaranteed until your reservation is confirmed. Space is limited so make your reservation early.

The reservation deadline is October 1, 2009.

Check In/Check Out
Guests may check into the Hotel after 3:00 pm. Guests will also be asked to present a valid form of identification such as a driver’s license with your photo. Check out time is 12:00pm. Any requests for late checkout must be made with the Front Desk on the night prior to checkout and, if granted, is subject to a late checkout fee.
