Michelle Reinen, 2011 Past President, is Director of the WI Bureau of Consumer Protection. She is responsible for the various consumer protection programs in the state of Wisconsin, including product safety. She is also the State Designee for the U.S. CPSC. Michelle resides in the Madison, WI area and currently chairs the Nomination Committee. When not working, Michelle is either spending time with her husband and dog or riding her bicycle or walking for charity.

Ross Koeser, ICPHSO's Executive Director has 33 years of public service for the United States at the National Bureau of Standards, Food and Drug Administration, and the Consumer Product Safety Commission. ![]() Doug Geralde is the former Director of CSA’s Corporate Audits & Investigations Group and is currently a Special Regulatory Advisor to CSA Group. In his 33 year role at CSA, Doug has conducted numerous investigations into product failures, root cause analysis as well as investigations into unsafe and counterfeit products. Doug is the founding chair of the Canadian Anti-Counterfeiting Network (CACN) and has also worked with RCMP, CBSA, Homeland Security, EUROPOL and INTERPOL as a subject matter expert, in the growing battle against counterfeiting. ![]() Peter Tetteroo has been employed by The Toro Company since 1994 and is currently Manager of European Product Integrity with special responsibility for international standards, regulations and product safety issues. With more than 25 years experience in CEN – CENELEC and ISO - IEC standardization work, Mr Tetteroo has convened various working groups on safety standards related to Outdoor Power Equipment and presently serves as chairman of the standard committee ISO TC23 SC13 responsible for world wide lawn and garden equipment safety standards. Since 1998, she has managed TIA’s product safety programs encompassing the development of safety standards as well as industry and consumer safety education. ![]() Marc Schoem, 2011 ICPHSO Ex-Officio Board Member, is Deputy Director of the Office of Compliance and Field Operations at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. Marc serves as CPSC’s liaison to ICPHSO and is responsible for developing the popular CPSC day agenda featuring key CPSC staff and issues relevant to ICPHSO members. At CPSC, Marc directs investigations of potentially defective non-regulated and regulated consumer products as well as being responsible for the negotiation and implementation of product recalls.
