Membership Types: Membership Description: Dues Amount:
Business Membership Business Membership applies to Manufactuers, Consultants, Testing Labs, Law Firms and Retailers $300.00
Additional Business Membership An Additional Business Membership applies to additional employees of an organization, who currently hold a paid Business Membership. $150.00
Non-Business Membership Non-Business Membership applies to Government (Fed/State/Local or outside the U.S.), Student, Retiree or Academic, Consumer, Health Care and Media $100.00
Non-Conference Membership Non-Conference Membership applies to individuals not planning on attending any ICPHSO conferences or workshops. $75.00
